It’s still not business as usual though – please read on to find out more about the precautions we are taking for social distancing and making art safely.

Appointments:

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, and to limit the number of people in our studio, appointments are required for in-person consultations. Good news:  we can usually see you same dayClick here to schedule.

How to place a new order:

For prints: The fastest and easiest way is to upload and order through our website – this gets into production the fastest. The website will also let you customize your print options and create estimates for you in real time. Want to pick up curbside? Select curbside pickup at checkout, or choose a shipping option to have it sent to you or somewhere else (friend, family, client, gallery).

You can also call or email your order during business hours.

For artwork scanning: If you have paintings, drawings, and other artwork for scanning, we have non- contact curbside dropoffs and pickups on our loading dock during business hours. Please give us a call at 510-227-8334 to arrange.

For film scanning: You can fill out an online order form or do a non-contact curbside dropoffs and pickups on our loading dock during business hours. Please give us a call at 510-227-8334 to arrange.

  • Curbside pickups and dropoffs: We’re arranging non-contact pickup and dropoffs for your orders during business hours.
  • Free shipping: Free domestic ground shipping for print-only orders over $50 to help maintain social distancing.
  • Sample Kits: You can order a sample kit that contains small sample prints of the papers we currently offer here.
