Our direct-to-print upload tool allows a maximum file size of 100mb per file. If you have a file that is over 100mb in size, please save it as a jpeg at maximum quality and upload them here: There will not be a difference in print quality between files saved as a maximum quality jpeg and a tiff or psd. Here's how to do that.
You can also use our large file upload page here for files over 100mb in size, but it takes 1 business day to manually add your order to the system. If you do choose to send us files this way, please include the following for each image:
  1. Image size (e.g. 16x20")
  2. Border size - 1/4" comes standard, larger borders are an additional cost
  3. Paper type - please refer here for more information on the papers we offer
  4. Quantities of prints ordered for each image

DEFECTIVE PRINTS: If you receive a defective or damaged print, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery of your order and will replace the defective item(s) at no cost to you. Please Note: We are unable to replace a print if the issue is a direct result of the file submitted with your order. That being acknowledged, we will always replace items with issues resulting from materials and/or workmanship. If you have any concerns please contact us. SHIPPING DAMAGE If your order is damaged in transit we will replace the order and process any shipper damage claims. We ask that you provide digital photographs that clearly show the damage to the packaging and contents within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the order upon receipt the photographic verification of damage. In certain instances, the shipping agent may request to visually inspect the damaged packaging and contents. Please be sure to retain the items and their packaging until you are notified that they are no longer needed.

We offer a curated selection of fine art and photo papers from Hahnemuhle, Epson, and Canson that have excellent print longevity performance. Our mounting adhesives and substrates are acid-free. All frames are custom built from sustainably sourced hardwoods and have closed corners.
